Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs. Demonstrate strong merchandising skills to maintain an attractive sales floor and ensure products are well-displayed. Engage with customers to promote products through effective upselling techniques. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions. Maintain an organised inventory and assist in stock management. Utilise basic math skills for transactions and cash handling. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.

Qualifications

Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable. Proven communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Strong organisational skills to keep the sales area tidy and well-stocked. Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered.
