Our shop offers a carefully curated selection of premium cigars, pipe tobaccos, and smoking accessories, providing our customers with expert guidance and an exceptional retail experience.


We are seeking a

Sales Assistant (Keyholder)

to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in cigars and specialist tobacconist products to be part of a small, passionate, and knowledgeable retail team.

Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence

Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in making well-informed purchasing decisions. Offer product knowledge and tailored recommendations, with a focus on premium cigars, pipe tobaccos, and related accessories.

Customer Engagement

Actively interact with customers to build rapport and deliver a memorable shopping experience. Share passion and knowledge about cigars and tobacco culture.

Operational Duties

Open and close the store as a keyholder, ensuring security procedures are followed. Contribute to visual merchandising to maintain an appealing and well-presented store. Assist with stock management and maintain accurate inventory records.

Events and Promotions

Support in-store promotions and events that showcase our products and attract new customers.

Sales & Performance

Work with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the ongoing success of the store.

Salary & Benefits

Hourly rate:

12.88

40 hrs Full-time position. Staff training opportunities (including product knowledge and specialist industry events). Staff discount across a wide range of products. Workplace pension scheme.
