It is an exciting time at Sprockets Cycles! Due to our continued growth we are looking to add a Sales Assistant to our team. As part of our expansion, we are currently looking for a motivated, customer focused, individual to join our sales team. You will be a great communicator, have a genuine passion for cycling, and thrive in customer-facing roles. Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive a first class service- every time!
General outline of responsibilities:

Previous cycle store experience is a must candidates who do not meet this will not be considered. Cytec qualification preferable

Provide expert advice and assistance to ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience. Assist in the management and control of stock. Managing telephone and email queries from customers. Processing Web orders in a timely and efficient manner. Working as part of a small team to help us continually identify improvements and drive growth. Maintain the high standard of housekeeping and showcase Sprockets Cycles to the high levels that our customers expect. Skills and experience required: Excellent communicator and customer service skills. Exceptional level of cycling industry experience, combined with a solid product knowledge. Self-driven, highly motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude and flexible approach to work. Good degree of experience within previous sales roles. IT literate for stock and till systems, with general competence working with basic Microsoft applications. Good organisation and time management skills, comfortable working to targets and deadlines. A genuine desire to be part of an exciting and thriving business!
