About the Role:

Sales Assistant

, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and delivering a high-quality service experience. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers in finding the right products, ensuring the sales floor is organized, and supporting the team to meet and exceed sales targets. You'll play a vital role in helping the business thrive and ensuring our customers leave happy and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to provide a pleasant shopping environment. Process sales transactions quickly and efficiently. Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Provide feedback on customer preferences and product demand to management. Assist in product stocking and inventory management.
