Job Overview:



Nuvola Childrenswear are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by providing administrative assistance and superior customer service. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing online orders & ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. This role involves working to identify customer needs, promote products, and help achieve sales targets. A successful Sales Assistant will possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities



Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain an organised sales environment including inventory management. Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.

Requirements



Experience in retail or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficient in using computers and familiar with point-of-sale systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and bank holidays.

MINIMUM WAGE.



Weekends are compulsory as well as Bank Holidays. This job is for Mid July start date.
