We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing various tasks that drive business development and enhance customer relationships. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and sales acumen to effectively assist in achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:



? Deliver warm, personalized service that makes every customer feel valued.

? Educate customers on vape products, CBD health & beauty items, and accessories.

? Accurately process transactions using our POS system.

? Keep the store tidy, stocked, and visually appealing.

? Support inventory checks and stock management.

? Collaborate with teammates to hit sales targets and elevate customer satisfaction.

? Handle feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when needed.

? Participate in promotional activities and represent the brand with pride.

? Follow company policies and UK vaping regulations (training provided).

What We're Looking For

? Minimum 2 years' experience in retail or customer service (vape industry preferred).

? Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people.

? Must be 18+ years old with GCSE-level education.

? Basic knowledge of vape products and UK market trends (bonus points!).

? Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy retail setting.

? Comfortable using POS systems and basic tech tools.

? Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

? Positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn.
