Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations. Utilise upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain an organised sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are visually appealing. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.

Skills

Proficient in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse customers. Strong organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently and maintain an orderly work environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change. Demonstrated phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally. Ability to sell products confidently while fostering positive relationships with customers.

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
