SUKI BRIDAL offers a unique selection of crafted feminine bridal gowns which reflect elegance and modern in a luxurious and simplicity way. The gowns are emphasized by the elements including hand applique metallic flowers, Chantilly lace underlay, Mother of Pearl and bead embroidery, etc. Using luxurious fabrics and modern tailoring, the bridal gowns are the perfect combination of elegance and minimalism aesthetic which the brand prides itself on.

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales through exceptional service. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. This position requires strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for sales.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.

- Provide detailed information about products and services to enhance customer understanding.

- Communicate customer status knowledgeably with the Sales team and across other departments such as Logistics,

- Production and Finance in order to provide excellent service to the customer - Chase orders, input them into the system and process order confirmations

- Monitor reorders, exchanges (including paperwork and shipping) throughout the selling season

- Accurately, clearly and efficiently track all goods movements in case of repairs

- Identify and report marketing opportunities when in discussion with retailers

- Handle sample / product / content requests from retail

- Develop excellent relationships with wholesalers

- Update customers with seasonal RRPs, training material and mark-down guidelines

- Update Key Accounts with shipping timelines where necessary.
