About the Design Consultant role:



FRATO is a dynamic brand and is looking for confident, positive individuals with a strong drive to work as part of a team to achieve success and help develop the brand.

For its store at Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, FRATO is looking for a Design Consultant to be part of the team.

FRATO is seeking an exceptional Sales professional who will work with the existing team to make a significant impact on our efforts to continue to grow our business in the UK. Strong selling and communication skills will help you to build relationships with clients collaboratively with colleagues. FRATO has a reputation for service excellence, therefore, previous experience of working in a luxury environment is desired.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Represent the FRATO brand through communication, personal appearance and professionalism

Generating new leads, reaching out to existing leads and building relationships with potential and existing clients

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Welcoming Trade and Retail customers to the showroom

Assessing customer's needs and providing assistance and information on product features

Visiting customers' residences and businesses for design consultations

Estimating costs and submitting quotes for client's approval

Informing customers on delivery dates and schedules and maintaining sales records

Assisting in choosing the most appropriate finishes, materials and solutions for each project

Completing every project from start to finish with the utmost after-sales provided

Ensure sales goals are achieved

Collaborate with the showroom team to maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications



To be considered as a candidate, please meet the following criteria:

Bachelor degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Business Administration

3+ Years sales experience in luxury home furnishings industry

Computer proficiency and strong customer service skills

Positive, can-do attitude

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Quick learner with outstanding attention to detail

Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop will be a plus

Eligible to work in the UK
