As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic

Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team in managing client accounts and processing orders. Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services. Contribute to the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What Makes a Strong Candidate:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive and results-driven mindset. Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues. Confident in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools. Previous sales or customer service experience is highly desirable. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: 25,000.00-47,000.00 per year
