At Nappa Dori, we believe the Sales Advisor's role is about excellent customer service, sharing product knowledge and providing an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. You will be committed to driving sales, creating a sense of familiarity for our customers, and sharing the Nappa Dori story.

Duties:

Drive sales, create solutions for the customer, provide advice and knowledge on our product range To always put the customer first and develop a genuine rapport with anyone who visits Nappa Dori Develop and share knowledge about our products, materials, inspiration and brand story to customers and colleagues to add something extra to the Nappa Dori experience Assist with inventory management, stock taking, loss prevention and quality control Always be a point person to provide support to your team Represent Nappa Dori in your communication and customer service
