Job Overview

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our store, helping customers find what they need and ensuring they leave with a smile. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional service. Offer product recommendations and answer customer queries. Drive sales by promoting products, offers, and loyalty programs. Maintain the store's appearance, including restocking and organising displays. Operate the till and handle transactions, refunds, and exchanges. Work as part of a team to achieve store sales targets. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused. Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. A strong communicator with a team-oriented attitude. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Experience:

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not essential. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
