Position: Sales Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in a decorating store, combined with strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilise your expertise in decorating and hardware supplies to assist customers in selecting the best products to meet their needs. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and professional. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering trust and encouraging repeat business. Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritising effectively to ensure a smooth store operation. Contribute to the store's success through independent, sales-driven initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

Previous experience in a decorating store or related field is essential.

Training:

While experience is necessary, full training will be provided to help you excel in your role.

Self-Motivation:

A dynamic self-starter who can work independently and is motivated by achieving sales targets.

Reliability:

Punctuality and reliability are key, as you will play a pivotal role in the store's day-to-day operations.

Customer Focus:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and create lasting customer relationships.

Flexibility:

Adaptable and able to adjust to the varied needs of both the store and customers.
