We're looking for a sharp, results-driven Sales Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing sales orders and ensuring excellent customer experience. You will be closely working with our Sales and Supply Chain Managers to ensure smooth delivery of products. Your role will be crucial in driving revenue growth and new business development. This role offers a path into Sales Manager or Account Manager positions as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accurately process and manage sales orders to ensure seamless customer experience
2. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Sales and Purchasing to maintain availability
3. Liaise with logistics providers for proof of delivery (POD), promptly resolve disputes with warehouses and delivery partners
4. Generate customer invoices and credit notes in SAP, ensuring all paperwork is communicated accurately and on time
5. Capture and relay customer feedback (positive and negative) to the wider team.
6. Investigate and resolve customer issues such as product complaints, delivery errors, or shortages.
7. Track customer sales forecasts, identify trends, and provide insights to support continuous improvement.
Technical Key Skills
SAP software proficiency is a plus
Excel / data handling proficiency
A second European language is a plus
