The position requires a results-driven professional with a passion for the market and a knack for engaging customers while establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships. Assist in the development and implementation of the company's sales strategy, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing detailed product information and troubleshooting assistance when necessary Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Offer support in sales presentation preparation, ensuring the accurate representation of products and services Compile reports to highlight the team's sales performance Interact with customers to understand their requirements and needs, and recommend suitable products or services Keep abreast of new products, market trends, and competition

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a sales assistant or in a related sales role is preferred not required. In-depth understanding of the sales process and dynamics Interpersonal and customer service skills Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making Exemplary organizational skills
