We're on the look out for an enthusiastic and confident team member to join the team at our small but beautiful shop right in the heart of vibrant Balham.

Applicants should be flexible and able to pick up shifts across the week and weekend. There will also be lots of opportunities to pick up extra shifts at our other shops.

Full training is provided instore so this is a great opportunity to develop your retail skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting customers warmly who enter the shop Merchandising to ensure the shop floor looks its best and has a great selection of products, especially bestsellers, available. Assisting shoppers to find items they are looking for. Answering queries from customers. Processing payments Keeping the store tidy and clean Pricing merchandise Assisting in receiving deliveries and stocking the store. Working as part of a team to achieve store objectives and create a positive work environment.
The personal skills that we look for at Postmark:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic numeracy and literacy skills to handle transactions. A proactive and positive approach to work. Punctual and reliable with strong attention to detail. Enthusiasm for learning about products and sharing this knowledge with customers. Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role. Knowledge of our brand and its products. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
