We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves engaging with clients, managing accounts, and contributing to business development initiatives. The Sales Assistant will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and enhance customer relationships.

Responsibilities



Assist the sales team in lead generation and prospecting for new business opportunities through cold calling and networking. Support account management by maintaining relationships with existing clients and addressing their needs promptly. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, ensuring customers understand how our solutions meet their requirements. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials that effectively communicate product offerings. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic decision-making. Participate in B2B sales initiatives, focusing on territory management and direct sales efforts to achieve targets. Engage in negotiations with clients to close deals while providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Assist in upselling additional products or services to existing customers, enhancing overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications



Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively. Experience in technical sales or technology-related products is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated for independent tasks. Knowledge of B2B sales processes, account management, and territory management strategies is beneficial. A background in business development or marketing would be advantageous.
