Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in finding the products they're looking for in our store. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service. Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction. Actively maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products and actively engage with customers to discuss and advise on features and benefits.

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous sales experience, ideally in a retail environment, would be beneficial. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficiency in English. Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
