The Sales Assistant Role:

As our new

Sales Assistant

, you'll be at the heart of the in-store experience, supporting the Store Manager and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities of the Sales Assistant will include:

Confidently managing daily store operations, including opening and closing Leading by example to drive sales and create a positive team environment Supporting and coaching team members to reach their potential Ensuring every customer receives a premium, personalised shopping experience Assisting the Store Manager with planning and decision-making

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

1+ years' experience in premium retail (required) Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate A natural sense of style and appreciation for premium womenswear Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills Reliability and flexibility to work a varied schedule (including weekends) Eligibility to work in the UK
