In this role, you will act as the front-line interface between the customers and the company. Sales Assistant's role is crucial in delivering an excellent level of customer service and exceeding our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities

Assisting customers with product selection and up-selling additional products where applicable. Handling customer queries and complaints professionally and escalating them when necessary. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all our products and staying up-to-date with the latest features. Contributing to the achievement of the store's monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with a diverse range of customers and colleagues. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail when dealing with customer transactions. Possess a flexible approach to work and able to work efficiently in a pressurized environment. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
