Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in London

In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for welcoming and supporting customers, ensuring an exceptional and satisfying shopping experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, maintaining the order and organisation of the sales space, and helping to achieve sales targets. This is a position that requires a proactive approach, excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer orientation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid experience in customer service and sales is essential.

Organisational skills are equally important to ensure an orderly and efficient working environment.

Additional skills that may be beneficial include the ability to work in a team, flexibility and the ability to respond to diverse customer needs.
