The Sales Assistant role is integral to the success of our company, requiring a commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a strong client-base through positive interaction and processing transactions accurately. Assist and resolve customer needs promptly and professionally, providing an exemplary customer service experience
Develop and maintain solid product knowledge to be able to answer customer inquiries and make insightful recommendations Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales objectives and goals Maintain rapport with customers by helping them with queries, providing advice and information about products and services, and following up on sales Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a similar role, is highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach Awareness of latest market trends and a keen interest in retail industry
