We're an ambitious art supplies retailer looking for a friendly, proactive

Sales Assistant

to join our London team. You'll help customers find the right materials, keep the store well-presented, and support daily operations. If you enjoy a creative environment and great customer service, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Welcome customers and offer product guidance Answer questions and support an excellent in-store experience Process cash and card payments Receive deliveries, restock shelves and maintain merchandising standards Keep the store clean, tidy and well-organised Label products and assist with stock management and inventory Track and follow up customer orders

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills Positive, organised and able to use initiative Team player with good attention to detail Interest in art (desirable) Additional languages a plus (German, Dutch), not required
