Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service and support. As a Sales Assistant, you will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and contribute to the overall success of our sales goals. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Provide product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities. Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandising display. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards. Ensure the store is well-stocked and products are displayed effectively.

Skills

Excellent communication skills (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Experience in merchandising and maintaining visual displays. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
