The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

About you

You must have a personable and charismatic nature. You will drive sales with your passion for luxury fashion, approachable nature and discreet service whilst representing Designer Exchange. Using your extensive brand knowledge and excellent communication skills.Your engaging personal manner, along with your clienteling skills, will enable you to build long lasting relationships with your customers, whilst your keen attention to detail will ensure that shop floor standards are maintained to company standards at all times. A strong selling instinct and proven ability in reaching and exceeding targets is paramount. Candidates with premium or luxury retail experience would be ideal.

What to Expect

Clienteling is very important for this role, you will have to build rapport with the clients. Everyone works as a team in the store, you will have to be a team player and willing to help others when needed. With a focused and entrepreneurial attitude you will have the ability to expertly identify desired products for our clients based on their individual profiles and market trends in order to maintain and drive our position in the market and drive business results..

The successful applicant will be expected to work 5 days a week.

General Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to create a positive experience, managing inventory and merchandising, and achieving sales goals. The Sales Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised store environment.

Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service, and Communication skills Sales skills Organisation Skills Experience in luxury retail or fashion industry is a plus Fluency in additional languages is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent, some college education is a plus 2-5 years of relative experience
