Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience Assist customers with product enquiries, offering knowledgeable advice on features and benefits Engage in merchandising activities, ensuring products are well-presented and stock levels are maintained Upsell relevant products to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction Operate the till efficiently, handling transactions with accuracy and professionalism Manage phone enquiries courteously, providing information or directing calls appropriately Organise stock displays and ensure the sales floor remains tidy and inviting Maintain organised records of sales and customer interactions for reporting purposes Support team members during busy periods, demonstrating excellent time management skills

Qualifications

Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or additional languages is advantageous Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Experience in merchandising or retail sales is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation Ability to upsell products tactfully to enhance customer satisfaction and store revenue Good time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
