have an opportunity for a

Temporary

Part-time Sales Assistant

to join our team based at Hope House Shop in

Ludlow.

You will join us on a

part-time basis

, working

15 hours per week.

A standard working week includes Sundays and either one full weekday or two weekday half-days. This is a

temporary

position for

six months

, running until 30th June 2026, with the possibility of review. In return, our Part-time

Sales Assistant

will receive a competitive hourly rate of

12.21.

About the

Part-time Sales Assistant role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-time Sales Assistant to join our team in Ludlow reporting to the Shop Management.


You will provide excellent customer service to enhance the profile of the organisation and on occasion, you may be required to act as key holder of the shop when required to ensure business continuity throughout the retail department.

What we are looking for a

Part-time Sales Assistant who:

Self-motivated using initiative to achieve goals Able to work in a team with the ability to get on with people Excellent customer service skills Well organised and willing to 'muck in' and do whatever is required to ensure the shop functions efficiently and effectively; Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; Numerate with the ability to follow cash handling, recording and banking procedures.
