Each year the event sells out within hours, welcoming hundreds of thousands of guests, including celebrities and even members of the Royal Family. Families journey through a 4.5-hour world of storytelling, performance, and festive wonder.

The Role: Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, you'll help families take home a piece of the magic by guiding them through our beautiful themed shops. You'll provide excellent service, promote offers, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile and a souvenir they'll treasure.

You will:

Welcome guests warmly and help them find the perfect gifts Confidently upsell and promote product ranges Process card/cash payments using our POS system Restock shelves and create eye-catching displays Keep the shop floor clean, safe, and inviting Work as part of a fun, energetic retail team

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills A positive, approachable attitude Confidence with handling payments and stock Reliability and punctuality

Paid training: 24 Oct - 12 Nov (selected days) Live event: 13 Nov - 24 Dec
