LaplandUK is an award-winning immersive Christmas experience, created in collaboration with Hollywood set designers and West End theatre professionals. Each year, this magical event sells out within hours, welcoming hundreds of thousands of guests -- including celebrities and even members of the Royal Family. Families are taken on a 4.5-hour journey filled with storytelling, live performances, and festive enchantment.

The Role: Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, you'll help guests take a little bit of the magic home with them. Working in our beautifully themed shops, you'll deliver excellent customer service, highlight special offers, and ensure every family leaves with a smile -- and a keepsake to remember their experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Giving guests a warm welcome and assisting them in finding the perfect gifts Confidently promoting products and upselling where appropriate Handling card and cash transactions through our POS system Restocking shelves and maintaining visually appealing displays Keeping the shop floor tidy, safe, and welcoming Working closely with a friendly, energetic retail team

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills A friendly, positive, and approachable manner Confidence in handling payments and managing stock Punctuality, reliability, and a strong team spirit
