if so, you could be part of the growing team at Winnies1975 Homewares store in Magherafelt.
Applicants are invited for
Part Time Sales Assistants,
working 4 days a week, 10am-5pm.Successful candidates must have excellent personal presentation, be bright and enthusiastic and able to interact effectively with customers, contributing to the overall sales targets of the business.
Duties will include sales of homeware products, stock management, store presentation and merchandising.
Sales staff are expected to develop an in depth knowledge of our wide range of homewares, and represent all our brands effectively in store.
Previous experience in retail sales or promotions will be a distinct advantage but not essential.
28 Hours per week - Saturday working is essential (late nights not required)
Hourly rate : 13.50 per hour, with target related bonuses.
Key responsibilities
Customer Service:
Greet customers, answer product- related questions, provide advice and resolve complaints, ensuring a pleasant, welcoming visitor experience.
Sales and Transactions:
Process sales at a point-of-sale system, manage cash and card payments. Gift wrapping/packing sold items.
Stock Management:
Receive and unpack deliveries, arrange stock on shelves, rotate stock, and monitor levels.
Store Presentation:
Maintain a clean and tidy environment, and create and update product displays (including street windows) to attract customers.
