About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team in Slough. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Identify new customers and generate sales leads through multiple channels.
Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of our services.
Negotiate sales agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed targets.
What We're Looking For
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
Confident negotiator with good people skills.
Organised and able to manage time effectively.
Must have the right to work full-time in the UK.
