Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet those needs. Employ upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. Process transactions accurately handling cash and card payments. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, ensuring clarity in all interactions. Assist with inventory management and restocking as required.

Requirements

Proven ability to sell and promote products effectively. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
