The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in representing our clients through face-to-face customer engagement at events, promotional sites, and retail stands across Manchester. You'll be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating new customer sign-ups, and delivering tailored product information with energy and confidence. This is a hands-on, target-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys being out on the field, not behind a desk.

Responsibilities:



Proactively approach and engage with potential customers in areas such as events, promotions, and retail locations Confidently pitch products and services, tailoring your message to meet customer needs Persuasively overcome objections and close sales in a environment Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Deliver compelling brand messages that drive customer interest Set up and manage eye-catching promotional displays and sales stands Take part in daily sales coaching to sharpen skills and boost results Contribute to a high-energy, competitive team culture
