The Role



As an Events Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of energy campaigns across Manchester. Working at organised venues and events, you'll introduce customers to smarter energy products and services, answer their questions, and help them switch with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:



Represent company and their clients at live events and venues across Manchester Engage with customers face-to-face, building trust and rapport Explain energy solutions clearly and confidently, tailoring to customer needs Hit daily and weekly performance targets in a structured environment Take part in regular training sessions, workshops, and team meetings Provide feedback to improve campaigns and customer experience Progress toward senior roles and team leadership through internal development programme

What's on Offer

Year 1 OTE:

28,000-32,000

, with top performers earning

35,000+
