We're looking for an enthusiastic

Sales Assistant

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, recommending products, and contributing to team success -- no seniority or lengthy experience required, just the right attitude and motivation to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience:

Greet customers in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner Build and maintain positive customer relationships Communicate confidently with a diverse range of customers Showcase products and services, tailoring recommendations to individual customer needs Answer customer questions clearly and accurately Demonstrate strong product knowledge to support purchasing decisions Manage sales transactions efficiently and accurately Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets Collaborate with your team to drive overall performance and results Contribute to a positive, energetic, and customer-focused environment

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people with a passion for sales and customer service. You don't need years of experience -- we value attitude, communication skills, and drive.

Key qualities include:

Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills Confidence engaging with customers and building rapport A results-driven mindset with the ability to work towards targets Strong listening skills and a customer-first approach Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is helpful but not essential -- full training is provided.
