Sales Assistant - Part Time

As a Sales Assistant at Robinson Retail Limited, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with their purchases and provide exceptional service. Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are stocked appropriately. Handle cash transactions and manage the till accurately. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs. Organise promotional displays and assist with inventory management. Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail or customer service is preferred. Strong selling skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
