Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandise display Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and proper phone etiquette Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed Utilise basic math skills for transactions and cash handling Collaborate with team members Employ time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively team player flexible hours for cover
Experience
Previous experience in sales is advantageous but not essential Proficiency in English is required Strong organisational skills to maintain a tidy work environment Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21 per hour
