Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products through effective upselling techniques. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising practices. Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and reporting any discrepancies to management. Demonstrate excellent etiquette when responding to customer inquiries. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience. Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy setting. Time management skills to ensure all responsibilities are completed efficiently within designated timeframes. A friendly and approachable demeanour that fosters positive customer interactions.
