Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through effective merchandising, upselling, and maintaining an organized sales environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries Provide product information and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service

Experience

Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential Multilingual or bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous Strong organisational skills to manage stock levels and store layout effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse customers
