Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Full Time Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products Provide detailed product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandising display Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Process transactions accurately using the till system Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently Uphold excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls

Qualifications

Proficiency in English is required Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers Excellent organisational skills to manage inventory and store displays efficiently Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team is crucial
