Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers on the shop floor Provide product advice and upsell where appropriate Handle transactions accurately at the till Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards Keep the store clean, tidy, and customer-ready at all times

What We're Looking For:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent customer service and communication skills Confidence and enthusiasm for working with people Ability to work well in a team and stay calm under pressure Retail or sales experience is helpful, but not essential - we provide full training
