What you'll be doing:

Greeting customers and delivering an exceptional level of service that encourages repeat business and brand loyalty. Assisting customers and providing knowledgeable, friendly advice. Representing our clients by introducing products and services to prospective customers in a positive and informative way. Processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Working collaboratively with your team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ensuring your working area remains tidy, inviting, and on brand. Taking part in ongoing training sessions to stay up to date with product ranges and industry developments. Supporting the team in the day-to-day running of operations and contributing to overall business growth.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a sales environment is preferred but not essential. A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude. Reliable, motivated, and able to work well under pressure during busy periods. A strong team player who enjoys working with others towards shared goals. Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach.
