At Trade Oak, we manufacturer and deliver oak frame kits - garages, gazebos, porches, and bespoke buildings. We are a growing company looking for a Sales Assistant who's hungry to learn, ready to make daily calls, and excited to support sales in a business that rewards initiative and drive.

The Sales Assistant is a new position within the company who will be responsible for supporting the sales team in their daily work routine, helping them to function more efficiently and smoothly. The role is a vital link with our customers and between internal company departments. Duties will range from customer service to administrative work, all with the aim of helping the business achieve its sales goals.

The Role:

Qualify leads

: Call new enquiries generated from website and social media leads, ask discovery questions, and book appointments for the sales team.

Admin support

: Keep company systems and HubSpot clean, follow up with customers, manage spreadsheets, assist with general day-to-day sales tasks and invoicing.

Own your numbers

: Track your daily calls, conversion rates, and activity targets so we can support your growth.

Grow your skills

: Shadow sales and design calls, get hands-on with HubSpot and marketing tools, and carve your own path as we grow.

Multi-Task:

Help the Managing Director with content ideas, social media scheduling, and campaign tasks.

Customer:

Assist with customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.

Person:

Confident communicator:

Detail-oriented organiser:

who thrives on detail, task lists, and supporting improvements.

Experience:

Previous sales or marketing experience is a bonus--but not required. This is an entry-level role with training and support.
