Role Overview:

We're looking for a friendly, reliable Sales Assistant to join our team. The role involves serving customers, maintaining stock levels, and helping keep the shop clean, organised, and inviting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to all visitors Assist customers with product selection and advice Operate the till and handle cash/card transactions Restock shelves and ensure displays are tidy and well-presented Lift, move, and unpack stock deliveries (some heavy lifting required) Support general store duties as needed

Requirements:

Friendly, approachable manner and good communication skills Comfortable interacting with members of the public Reliable and able to work as part of a small team Physically able to lift and move stock Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential -- training provided
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour
