Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Provide knowledgeable product information and recommendations to customers Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally Assist with receiving, unpacking, and displaying merchandise Participate in inventory management and stock control procedures Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies Contribute to creating an engaging and inviting store atmosphere
