We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Seasonal Associates to join our team during the busy season and to join us into the new year! This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing excellent customer service. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience while assisting with various merchandising tasks.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs effectively. Assist with merchandising tasks, including restocking shelves and organising displays to enhance product visibility. Utilise strong communication skills to promote products and encourage upselling opportunities. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. Demonstrate basic math skills for handling transactions accurately at the till. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone. Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within designated shifts. If applicable, leverage multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, to assist a diverse customer base.

Experience

While prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous, it is not essential. We welcome candidates who possess the following skills:

Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, especially in English and Spanish, are highly valued. Strong organisational skills to manage stock effectively and maintain an orderly workspace. A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new tasks quickly.
