Inverness Pram Centre is looking for someone to join our team who has an interest in the Pram and Car Seat Industry. We are a very friendly, close team and are looking for someone to join us in the role of Sales Assistant.
You will be responsible for all aspects of sales within the business, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service from the moment they walk in store to after their purchase has been completed as we pride ourselves on our aftercare. The role involves getting to know our customers and advising on the best product for their individual needs.
An excellent telephone manner along with a confident and personable demeanour is required. Due to the nature of our products, the ideal candidate will need to be physically fit and able to manoeuvre heavy goods as required.
Our busiest time is at the weekend and the role does require someone who is able to work every Saturday.
Our ideal candidate would have an interest, or some level of understanding of baby products, with a view to truly learning and understanding these in a great amount of detail. We will provide training in store, as well as from our many suppliers, and will support you fully as long as you need while you gain confidence in these areas.
Working Hours:
Monday, Thursday and Saturday - 10am - 5pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
