Duties

Maintain a thorough understanding of the product range and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Process transactions efficiently at the point of sale, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions accurately. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence. Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
