Support the Head of Sales with diary and calendar management, ensuring meetings and priorities are well coordinated.
Maintain and manage the CRM system (HubSpot).
Hold the sales team accountable for completing daily reports, hitting KPIs and completing actions
Organise induction plans and relevant training for new starters within the sales team.
Provide regular performance updates and assist in tracking team KPIs.
Cleanse and maintain the customer database to ensure data integrity
Manage sales team actions and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Produce internal and external reports.
Deliver high-quality sales support and administrative assistance, acting as an executive assistant to the Head of Sales
