The Role
We're looking for a proactive and personable
Sales Assistant
to join our Plymouth team. You'll be the face of our business, helping customers find the right solutions, providing exceptional service, and contributing to a supportive retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
Understand customer needs to recommend suitable products
Maintain an organised, tidy, and fully stocked sales floor
Accurately handle cash and card transactions
Provide excellent phone support and manage customer inquiries
Assemble products and support warehouse upkeep
Work collaboratively to meet sales goals
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
What You Bring
Previous experience in retail or sales (essential)
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Clear communication--both written and verbal
Commercial awareness and willingness to grow with the business
Organised, approachable, and solutions-focused
